• Served 85+ clients in business services and business continuity operations.
• Received Bachelor’s Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
• Worked at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security of Emergency Preparedness (NOHSEP) with a focus on emergency operations, specifically in Hurricane planning, preparedness, and response.
• Volunteered for Evacuteer.org, an emergency management non-profit organization, tasked to write the City-Wide Evacuation Plan for the 50,000+ New Orleans residents that are unable to evacuate themselves in the event of a city-wide mandatory evacuation.
• Served as a CAL FIRE Wildland Firefighter, responding to and fighting 75+ wildfires, as well as multiple flooding and mudslide events during tenure.
• Consulted for the California Conservation Corps’ CAL FIRE Camarillo Fire Center in COVID-19 Pandemic emergency planning, leading the emergency response for the duration of the Pandemic, and coordinated emergency purchasing and procurement.
